My 2004 Honda Accord EX had the infamous lights out on my radio display problem. In my opinion Honda should have recalled this issue. Anyhow, Honda was nice enough to replace the radio without cost except labor from Criswell Honda. I took the vehicle in and asked the maintenance guy if the in-dash CD player attached to the radio or will they only replace the radio with the display? He said only the radio with display. Then I further asked, can I leave my CD's in there? He said yes. They went and replaced the radio, and next thing I know, All my CD's are gone. I contacted them and they asked me to wait for it in the mail. one year went by and I called again, they said they would pay me about $96 for the 6 CDs, which to me are priceless they are old CDs from China that you cannot buy anymore. So, 2 year goes by and I called and the manager said they will not pay me for the CDs and said sorry. So, I filed a BBB on them and there was no response and they received a bad rating. Also, I lost my Radio Code and called to ask for it, they wanted to charge me $100 to rip the radio out and find it. I told them don't you have a copy since the radio came from your place. They said no. it was a female customer rep. I called a couple of days later and got another customer rep and he went and got my paperwork and read the Code to me. They hire some really stupid people there.
