I received an internet quote from Dan Gore of Criswell Honda within 24 hours of submitting my request. His quote was the best offer I received. He actually guaranteed that he would beat any other offer by $100. I set up an appointment with Dan to test drive the Accord EX. Dan was on time and had an Accord EX in my preferred color/interior combination waiting for us. Selection at Criswell seemed quite extensive. Dan was very knowledgeable about the car and guided me through a test drive that included highway, city streets, hills - just about everything. The car performed excellent. I had many questions and Dan had good, thorough answers. He was a real friendly guy and a pleasure to work with.
On to the paperwork ... the most important thing to note here is that there were no surprises and Dan quickly led us through the process. The car did not come with a bunch of bloated-price add-ons or dealer mark-up that I obviously didn't want. We paid the quoted price and Dan did not apply any pressure to purchase additional options or warranties. So, I expected the finance person to apply this pressure. The extended warranty was offered, but it was not done with any pressure. Finances were wrapped up quickly. Dan filled the gas tank for us, gave us a thorough tour of the car explaining all of its features and operations, and had us on our way quickly.
I have bought many cars in my lifetime and most of my previous purchases were painful. This experience is what car buying should be like - very smooth with no surprises. I highly recommend Criswell Honda and Dan Gore.
