I had a very bad experience with another dealer before, and they provided me a very bad price far below my expectation. So this time, I am not planning to trade in my old car, but I am curious about how much they can offer me. After a test drive and mechanic check, they gave me the car’s price which is much higher than the other dealer. I tried to increase the price, but it seems there isn’t much room for the price. At last, they increase a little bit and the price is very close to the Edmunds TMV trade in value. I would say that’s a fair and acceptable price. Then the new car came in, I test drive the car and everything is good. They check my credit and prepare the paper work for me. The finance department person is also easygoing, he provided me many options and also tried to meet my requirement. I got a good finance rate finally without any difficulty. The whole purchase process is straightforward, no pressure, no games, good price, with pleasure. They are very professional and treating me well. At that day, I drove more than 30 miles to get to their dealership, but I think it is worthy. The only thing I don’t like is, I spent a lot of time there waiting for the new car. Beside that, it’s a great experience with this dealership. I would like to recommend this dealer to any VW fans.
