READ REVIEW OF SHOCKLEY HONDA DEALERSHIP SALES
I got a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership. The deal was pretty good I guess, but slightly above of what I was prepared to pay. So I had a long and painful negotiation and I was able to get only a 100 off the price resulted from the discounts they were willing to make. Anyhow, I got a good deal. the problems started after the purchase. They were supposed to get the title for me, but it took them almost four weeks, during which time it was hard to get anyone to speak to.
Moreover, on the third day I found two defects in the car (knocking sounds in the breaks, "check breaks" warning light and incorrect fuel gauge). It was almost impossible even to make them agree to look at the car ( I had to come in person for that, I could not persuade them by phone and email) to see if it is covered by their limited warranty. Finally, I showed the car to my local mechanic and the defects were quite easy to repair. So I would not advise to deal with this dealership.
