Friendly sales force and low pressure sales techniques. However, be aware of the final price you agree to as they try to get you to focus on the monthly payment instead of the agreed price. Fitzgerald jacked up the prices on its cars, especially the Toyota Corrolla and VW TDI in response to the cash for clunkers program. The majority of the $4,500 went to them as opposed to the consumer. This speaks to their business ethics. Buy at your own risk.

We found the prices at this dealership to be competive. However they lowballed on our trade-in. Their offer was $8000 for a late mode, low mileage vehicle which was perfect for a "certified" preowned vehicle. Edmunds indicates the dealer resale price for the vehicle to be around $13K.
