I went in for an oil change and tire rotation as I do every year. As usual, just about everything was fine and on time, except the tire rotation wasn't done. It's not something that I'm concerned about since I only put on 6000 miles a year, but still .........

When I called, Stan did every single thing necessary to put me in it, from appraising my trade-in to arranging financing in less than two days. He was considerate, efficient, and proactive. I never want to work with another salesman or dealership then Stan and O’Donnell!

David was a great salesman. My car was pulled up front and ready fire when to hope in and take a test drive when I arrived. The paper work was ready to complete when I returned from the test drive. No issues with signing the paper work. Everything was explained completely for me. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

I was actually looking for another Ford when I stumbled into O'Donnell Honda on a rainy day. Robert the salesman was busy with another customer and brought an umbrella for me (I mean, who does that?) and told to me look around and he would give me his undivided attention was he was done. And that's exactly what he did. I found the perfect vehicle. Brian in financing couldn't be nice along with Terry in insurance, But..General Mgr Brian Schwenk went beyond the call of duty. He constantly throughout the process checked on me to make sure ALL was alright. Answered every question. His team was Great. Go Buy your vehicle today. I'm serious no hassle like I received at other dealerships.

I recently purchased a used Honda from ODonnell and was very pleased with the entire procedure. The sales associate was courteous and helpful and did not put any pressure on us. He even called a few days after the sale to be sure everything was ok. We purchased a new CRV in 2017 and had a similar 3xperience. ODonnell is our go to Honda dealer.

When I first pulled up I was greeted with a hello how are you, what can I do for you. After explaining we entered the show room where I was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist with a warm welcome. My wife and I were quoted a price with the internet department and thats what we paid tio the penny. It was no pressure to buy and they were honest and up front with everything. Robert was wonderful to deal with as salesman, very knowledgeable and Brian who offered us extras was very pleasant to talk to and explained the warranties to our satisfaction. I had been to several dealerships and was pleased with ODonnell Honda which stood out not only in price but in customer service. I would recommend them to friends and family. PS. We love our Honda CR-V.
