This dealership has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Especially for the repair and service of Cadillacs. The body shop, parts department, and service center all have horrible customer service. The employees at their various departments treat the customers extremely poorly. The employees are rude, arrogant, and treat customers like idiots. The staff is horrible and rude to all customers. Their technicians are completely incompetent and really do not know what they are doing. The work that they perform in the body shop and the service center is never completed properly or to the satisfaction of the customers. The work that they perform in the body shop and service center is terrible, and a complete waste of money. They just try to complete the work as fast as possible and get payment for their poor repairs. NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. STAY AWAY. I don't know how they are still in business. This dealership is a complete waste of time and money. If you go to this dealership you will be sorry, trust me. I wouldn't even recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. I thought that with a Cadillac I would receive adequate customer service. But the employees at this dealership treat everyone poorly and try their hardest to do as little work as possible to repair vehicles. THEY MAKE ME SORRY THAT I EVER SPENT SO MUCH MONEY TO PURCHASE A CADILLAC. I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN MUCH BETTER TREATMENT WITH THE PURCHASE OF A LEXUS OR BMW AT THESE RESPECTIVE DEALERSHIPS.
