i located a car online and called up to check on availability, and seconds after the operator i was talking to John Panetta. i explained that i was looking for acura tl's for awhile and found theirs to be the best priced and the miles were great. way below average!!! being from virginia the 1 and a half hour drive was pretty scary.... especially not knowing what i was getting into. john had taken my email address and even took pictures from his cell phone and sent it to me and that made me feel at ease. after that he had given me the price which was including taxes, tags, etc,,,, the final process was so easy that all i had to do was go in drive and sign... so easy, quick, and painless... thank you john
