Grossly imcompetent

Ourisman service

Pros:

Fast, efficient, appointments on time, good service rep

Cons:

Pricey, but that's life in Honda-ville

I must say, Ourisman service is excellent, at least where I have been concerned. I see a guy named John Thurston, and it is always fast, efficient, and agreeable. Not cheap, mind you, but it's a state of the art garage in the middle of an expensive town, and I have never had a problem. They eve...

Customer Service

Pros:

Great personalities within the service department

Cons:

no good deals for repeat buyers

I have been a customer at Ourisman since 1999. I have always received excellent cusotmer service in all areas of the Bethesda shop. I purchased my first car, 1999 accord and trade it in for a 2003 accord. My presonal service representative, Al has and continues to exhibit superb service.
