I purchased an Accord today at Ourisman and had a very good experience. One week ago a salesman named Peter patiently showed me various cars and explained their various features. He did not pressure me to make a purchase. When I was ready to buy, I solicited quotes by email from various dealers and it turned out that Ourisman had the lowest one. My salesman was Omar Deen, who has been with the dealership for 15 years. He is efficient, knowledgeable, and makes a fair deal. He did not volunteer that many cars at Ourisman have dealer add-ons, but when I asked, he straightforwardly admitted as much. It turned out that the car I was interested in had add-ons, and we addressed that issue to my satisfaction over the phone before I set foot in the dealership. When I went in to buy the car today, all details were as agreed on the phone. There were no surprises. While closing the deal the dealership tried to interest me in an alarm, lo-jack, undercoating, extended warranty, etc., but I did not feel pressured to buy them. Overall my buying experience at Ourisman today was top notch. NOTE: I did not have a trade-in, and I did not finance my car with Ourisman, so I cannot comment on how Ourisman would handle those transactions.
