Maintenance Work on My 2013 Silverado

My advisor, Tina Wolf greeted very friendly and was very professional. She informed me of my Silverado needed a power steering oil flush and rear brakes cleaned. The project was completed in a timely manner. Entered the service bay area at 7:30 a.m. and got my 12 point inspection, oil/lube job, steering oil flush and rear brakes cleaned finished at 9:45 a.m. Very happy with their service and attention to detail.

Refusal of service

I can’t blame the service advisor but I can blame the techs. I went in for a P0442 code that I get and it’s a small evap leak. It’s not a O2 sensor so it’s somewhere within the gas tank. Maybe a ring or something. Not sure yet. When I called to scheduled I said I needed a smoke test. Apparently this wasn’t relayed to the techs. When I brought up what the issue was, I was told that the check engine light needs to be on. My code reader is not the auto zone special. It’s more advanced than that. But when the advisor said that they would check with the tech. She came back seconds later and the tech said no to a smoke test. On top of it, I would have been charged more money for a smoke test anyway. Not only did I get hit with a $160 charge but than I would need to pay more for a test? My original issue was kind of fixed. It was a shift to park issue. But that’s a $700 job according to the advisor! That’s a rip off to me. The part is less than $200. How is labor over $500 for 90 minutes? Again a rip off to me. And the tech NEVER removed anything to see the issue. Videos show what needs to be done! I feel I got ripped off for $160 all for nothing to be done. And I won’t get a refund for it either.

Sleazy used car dealer

I bought a 2017 Chevy suburban last November. Now it is warm out and I goto use my air conditioner and it is blowing out heat. They say they won't help me because it is 6 months later. This is just another sleazy used car dealership. They give Chevrolet a bad name.

In for smell coming thru like burning candle and oil change/60k maintenance. And check engine light. Was told small coolant leak and valve cover leaking. Had repairs and PM done to almost 1k and had to return next day due to valve cover not fitting properly with engine steam wash to remove oil. Now having to contact again cause coolant low again and smell of antifreeze/candle again in less than 500 miles. Inquiry made by service employee and was told guess you will be taking it else where then.

Very happy customer

We brought my husband's truck in for a rattling noise in the dash. The truck is a 2014 and still under warranty. Mark in the service dept went above & beyond to find the source of the rattle even doing Internet research since other technicians were not hearing or finding it. He fixed it for us and we are very happy!

Took my 2011 Chevy Silverado in for a very strange dashboard issue and it ended up being "Under Warranty" . What a surprise to not have to pay and have it repaired so fast. Will definitely go back to Bob Bell of BelAir, MD.

Justin Brown was the associate at Bob Bell that helped my wife and I with our new Equinox. It took us 2 days to narrow down the right deal and vehicle, but Justin was able to come through with all our requests and made sure we left w/ that Cross Over. Thanks again buddy.
