Russel Mazda
We stopped in to test drive a CX-9 a few months back. We were not ready to buy but really wanted to get to know the vehicle as we were seriously considering it in the near future. The salesperson seemed bothered to help us after hearing we weren't buying that day. After the test drive (where we were told incorrect information about what packages were offered) the salesman insisted we sit down and discuss offers. The typical car dealer song and dance ensued. Luckily I have bought MANY cars throughout the years and was able to deflect the usual advances but to somebody who didn't know the tricks they may have ended up in an overpriced ride. We left and vowed not to buy here if we did decide to go with Mazda. The irony is we ended up buying from another Mazda Dealership in Maryland and had a wonderful experience. If you want buy Mazda steer clear from these guys. Somebody should give them the memo that it isn't 1985 anymore and that game is over.
