Just bought a brand new Focus from Koons Ford of Baltimore. No hassle, no games, no gimmicks. Went to CarMax first to get my car appraised, and Koons' appraisal was $500 higher. Would highly recommend. Their finance guy in particular Steve is awesome!

Beware if you'll trade-in or sell your car to them - they tried to buy mine (worth $1600 in trade-in according to kbb.com) for $300. Just be aware...
