Trade in values are insulting (33% of Keeley Blue Book bottom). Dealership does not believe internet quotes are fully binding, they will nail you with other charges, no matter what. Just bought a brand new Focus from Koons Ford of Baltimore. No hassle, no games, no gimmicks. Went to CarMax first to get my car appraised, and Koons' appraisal was $500 higher. Would highly recommend. Their finance guy in particular Steve is awesome!
