Pros:

Pleasant sales guy

Cons:

Lot's of extra charges,disorganized

1) Sales contract they presented to moe had a $100 processing fee AFTER we agreed on a price.

2) Car only came with a half tank of gas. They said that's their policy.

3) Just about every car has door edge guards that the charge $200 for!

4) Very slow to complete the sale. There was no detailer...

Pros:

Paul Donald, clean and comfortable dealership, attentive staff, plenty of available literature

Cons:

I overheard another salesperson heavily pushing door guards with a family ("No, you need these.").
