Just picked up a beautiful LS600 today- what a fantastic car buying experience! Everyone was over the top helpful and accommodating, I am so glad I made the trip in with my spouse to buy it. I had to take the day off, but now I am glad I did :)

Terrible Sales Ethics

I will just state the facts in chronological order: April 4, at 5:45 PM: I called the dealership on a Lexus LS 600hL they just posted online for sale and spoke to Elliott. I asked about the car and he said it is still available. I asked if I can put a deposit on the car and if he can hold it for me. He said we are a "first come first serve dealership." I agreed to the price of the car and asked what he would like me to do next. He said complete the finance application online to get financing for the car. I immediately completed the application. April 5 at 9:00: Elliott asked me to send over a copy of my driver's license and insurance card. I sent both over to him right away. April 5, at 10 AM. I called Elliott to see what rate he can get me for the car as I can get 4.3% at my local bank. He said the information is with the finance manager and that he will get back to me. April 5 at 12:00: I called Elliott again to see what the financing is looking like. He said I should be next with the finance manager. I was told that the finance manager is busy as they sell a lot of cars. April 5 at 2:00: I called Elliott again as I have a rental car ready to be picked up one way to Annapolis from Chicago for the next day. (I live in Illinois and would need to transport the car back to Chicago). He told me "I hope the car does not get sold during this process." I explained to him that if they had the intention of selling the car to someone else, then my credit should not be run. He informed me that they already ran my credit. I said "good, then we should know any minute now." He assured me he would call me back and even asked me what term I would want on the loan. April 5 at 4:00: I called Elliott as this is taking far too long. The car should have been purchased by noon today. Elliott did not answer. April 5 at 6:00: I called and asked to speak to the finance manager. I was sent to Barbara who told me that they ran my credit, I have a 750 credit score, and that I was approved for a 4.125% APR. She further asked if that is acceptable and if I would be using their financing. I said yes. April 5 at 7:00: I called yet again and now was told they have someone coming in at 9 AM the next day to look at the car locally. ARE YOU KIDDING???? I LOST IT!!! THEY RAN MY CREDIT AND ARE NOW SHOWING THE CAR THE NEXT DAY TO SOMEONE ELSE. YET THEY ARE A "FIRST COME FIRST SERVE DEALER." I called to speak to the general manager. Not available. I called to speak to the owner. Not available. NO RETURNED CALLS YET. Additionally, I have already filed a complaint with the BBB and the Maryland Attorney General. I am also contemplating legal action. NOW, here is what I believe happened: I believe that whomever is going to be there at 9 AM the next day is a friend of an owner, manager, or employee of the dealership. I don't care if you don't want to sell me the car for whatever reason, but HOW DARE YOU RUN MY CREDIT THEN WAIT FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO COME SEE THE CAR!!!!!!!

I am so happy with my saleperson Barbara, she was wonderful and terrific. With my wife she was very patient (this is a task I must say). They even had fresh bagels. Beautiful store, nice lounge to rest in.

I just bought my 4th Lexus from them and I must say they continue to impress. This is the 4th over the last 12 years since they were at their old location and each visit they seem to always be on top of it. I love the fact that I always know I am getting the best deal, and more importantly, the best service.

I was interested in buying a Lexus from this dealer as they are the closest to my house. I left contact information with the make& model of the car I was interested in purchasing. I specifically asked for no phone calls , texts and emails were fine.They called me numerous times at home leaving messages. Once they called me early Sat morning .I told the sales person , who barely spoke the kings English ,that I had asked specifically for no phone calls but if they wanted to use text or email that was fine.The sales person said with a somewhat sarcastic tone,"So you aren't interested in buying a Lexus?"I repeated that they could contact me by text or email. The internet salesman did contact me once .I responded whit a counter offer.He manager emailed me several days later, asking if I had heard form the internet salesman( why don't thy know this information?) I said I had not heard back from internet the salesman.Several days later the internet salesman left me an email saying He had not her from me in over 2 weeks,did i have any interest in buying a car.I responded yes I was interested but had not received any response about my offer.I have never heard back ,its been weeks. I guess they don't want my money so I will be happy to spend it elsewhere.

Best Car buying Experience EVER!

I have bought my last 2 Lexus from Len Stoler Lexus and have always had crappy service. What a refreshing difference Sheehy was. The salesperson was wonderful to work with and very attentive. I had even went into Len Stolers sister store Lexus of Towson and got the same "could care less" attitude. At Sheehy I felt like the cared, they went above and beyond.

The sale started off well -I looked at the vehicle RX350 -loved it - purchased the vehicle (PAID CASH)Then I realized two items were missing so I called the salesman immediately-he said he would take care of it -he sent me the wrong part-called him back-that's when trouble started-started ignoring my calls-I called at lease 6 times no response-I started calling the manager one called me back assuring me to correct it 3 weeks passed-no call back finally I received the part in the mail-it looked old and DIRTY ! Keep in mind my interior is cream color. VERY UNEXCEPTIBLE !!! I will go back to Len Stoler Lexus when I purchase my next Lexus and advise my friends and family to also !!! Once I paid for the vehicle attitudes changed - NEVER AGAIN SHEEHY OF ANNAPOLIS !!!!

I have been in the great state of Mass for the past 20 years of my life and have owned 3 Lexus that were all bought and serviced at my Lexus Dealer in Boston. Having recently retired to Annapolis and just have purchased my 4th Lexus from Sheehy, I have to say they put my guys up in Boston to shame! Great dealership team, and I especially love the fact that the big guy Paul is a frickin PATS FAN !!!!

Customer Service is #1 priority at Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. I felt like family. This is the 2nd car I have purchased from them, with Chris Martin being my salesman & both times it was nothing less than OUTSTANDING. Chris Martin consistently goes above & beyond to satisfy his customers. He demonstrates how excellent customer service can have a lasting effect on customer relationships. He is exemplary. Along with Chris, Doug King & Michelle Mitchell-Nordquist also solidified that Customer Service is #1 at Sheehy Lexus, reaffirming that there are still companies out there still focused on GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They made sure that I was completely satisfied in every respect. They are truly assets to Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. Consistently a memorable service. I have dealt with many car dealers over the years, and they are by far the ABSOLUTE BEST. I am now a life long customer.

Best Sales Experience EVER

My wife and I have 2 small children and lets just say buying a car with a 1 year old and a 4 year old wasn't something we wanted to do but was nonetheless time to do. We entered the dealership , Sheehy Lexus based on other friends advise and some reviews we had read online and figured we were going to have a decent experience. WOW, were we treated like gold, it honestly felt like we were staying at a Four Seasons they way that every person there too the time to say hi, ask if our kids were doing ok, we must of been asked by 5 different people "would you care for a beverage?" seriously, the people at Sheehy get it. The entire process was like being with friends, some of which we will be going forward. GO TO SHEEHY LEXUS if you are looking for not only a great deal but a wonderful experience!!

Outstanding Experience

Our sales lead was Johnny S. He was responsive and extremely helpful as we made our decision to purchase a new RX350. He carefully explained the vehicle at time of delivery, insisting the primary driver (my wife) not only understand the functions of the car but actually perform the function to get the feel of the systems. Mr. Salinas does not waste time or motion. Everything he did was on point to deliver the vehicle to a customer that understood its function. Without a doubt the best sales person in the industry I have met. Ask for him and you will see what I mean.

I purchased a 2014 Lexus IS 350 F Sport on March 1, 2014. My salesperson was Johnny S. I can honestly say that this was the smoothest vehicle purchase that I've ever had, and I attribute that to Johnny S's excellent customer service and sales skills. He made me the customer a priority and treated me with respect. It is evident that Johnny is a wealth of knowledge with regard to Lexus vehicle models, as he was very informative and answered all of my questions without hesitation. This is the second vehicle that I've purchased from Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. All my experiences with this dealership have been positive with the most recent being salesman Johnny S. Great Car Buying Experience

Just bought a 2014 ES350 and was guided through the entire process by Barbara H. This is the third Lexus that Barbara has helped my buy and her knowledge of all things Lexus is amazing! The cars keep getting better and more complex to operate and everyone at Sheehy Lexus has the right answers when I can't figure out how to make something work. I shopped other dealerships and couldn't get a better deal anywhere. I was also very impressed at how long Barbara was willing to take to set up my phone and work with me to figure out how to use most of the new technology that is in the 2014's. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.
