I took my 2006 Lexus LS430 in for a few minor warranty repairs and a 40K service. The entire staff was courteous and prompt. The service writer (Scott) was helpful and knowledgeable, and called me when promised. They gave me a loaner with very little hassle, and were very accommodating when my schedule would not allow me to pickup my car the day it was ready. This was the best service from a car dealer I have ever experienced. This includes other Lexus, BMW and Mercedes dealers. I even got a good cup of coffee and a bagel from their customer cafe, which was complimentary, clean and well run . The car was delivered out front before I had paid the bill, and was cleaned and waxed. I will drive the extra mileage in the future, as this dealer actually delivers the "Lexus" experience we were all promised!
