Pros:
Friendly, flexible sales team
Cons:
Overpriced dealer added accessories, lack of training on product knowledge for some salespeople

Very easy transaction.  Salespeople not completely versed in the product, but friendly and willing to look things up when they don't know the answers.  Matched trade for my CR-V from CarMax and matched my insurance companies price on the Ridgeline.  Couldn't immediately produce Honda extended war...
