We were blatantly lied to about the status of our trade in order to justify being seriously low-balled. They tried to be our best friend but once we wrote a check and signed a contract we were nothing. When my wife showed up to take delivery of her Range Rover she ignored by our sales associate who was too busy trying to make a new sale to take care of someone who already paid them. She just tossed my wife the keys and said have a nice day. There was no orientation whatsoever. This being our first Land Rover, there was a lot we didn't know. We had to revert to spending hours on our own with the owners manual for basic information. I always read owners manuals anyway but to be completely ignored upon delivery was extremely poor customer service. When we called the Sales Manager after we found out he lied to us about our trade, he promised to do something special for us. We haven't heard a word from him since. I called him up to work that was an IOU from the sale, he never mentioned a thing about it. My wife did have an excellent experience with the Service Department when she took the car in for the promised work.
