READ REVIEW OF TOYOTA SCION OF PORTSMOUTH DEALERSHIP SALES
We stopped on a cold, windy day at the dealer. Salesman met us outside, never introduced himself, didn't offer to shake hands, just asked "What do you want." Told him we wanted to test drive a Camry. He walked us quite a ways to the Camry's, we looked at a couple. He wasn't volunteering too much info. We asked to drive one, reply was 'Wait here.' Never offered for us to wait inside while he got plate, etc. He returned 15 minutes later with a plate. While putting it on the car he stated that he had 'people coming in for a test drive real soon, but he'd fit us in' .
Went for drive, again no info offered, returned to dealership. Got out of car, he said 'OK-I don't have any business cards, but the name's Pat-the only one here' See you. Never offered any literature, to answer any questions, etc-just walked away. Needless to say, we looked elsewhere.
