We purchased a 2007 Ford Edge from this dealership, vehicle was good for the first 8 months then we started having problems. At first the service people tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. It was leaking differential fluid and smelled awful. Finally they found the leak, told us they repaired it and sent us home. It never stopped. It is still leaking today. I went to speak with the owner, when I walked in the building he went the other direction and the salesman told me he was on a phone call with the bank and didn't know how long we would be. The man knew he treated us poorly with the vehicle and ran like a chicken. We have since gone to another dealership who is trying to get us the help that Ray Haskell Ford refused to. I wouldn't send anyone there to purchase a vehicle at Ray Haskell Ford. I hope others can learn from our mistake. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH RAY HASKELL FORD!!!!!!!
