You will be making mulitiple visits and never really get it fixed.

Have taken our car in on numerous occasions because the warning lights go on randomly for no reason. Ordinarily, this would mean peril but for us it means that the car just doesn't work correctly. Morong service

Dealer cost is always more money

I recently visited the new Morong service center in Falmouth, Maine. The facility was very nice with wireless access and a comfortable business center. I only visited for an oil change but the clerk found a service bulletin for my car and addressed that for free! My car was washed and ready to go...

Price, rude and unknowledgable staff, care for customers vehicles, overall value

More damage has been done to our car by this service department than our teenager. They even "lost" our neighbors car! On overnight stays, it was regularly left unlocked.

Every time we got our Audi out of the service, along with 15 "could not replicate"s on the invoice and a $2000 bill, there ...
