Bought a used Volvo from Interstate Dodge in November. There were a few things that didn't work such as the DVD players but they assured me they were not broken, just needed a manual (they didn't have one) so we could see how they worked. They said that they would get us a manual so the few little things so we could use "didn't know how to operate" and it wasn't a problem. We called twice a week asking for a manual, which we never got. They even said they paid for one and didn't know why it wasn't in yet. We tried ordering our own... finally took in our car to have the DVD players checked and were told we would need to buy new ones that would cost about 500 dollars. NOW, we are getting ready to go on vacation in this heatwave and we find out we need an 800 dollar compressor because it is going out and according to our mechanic, it was most likely sold to us that way. We are also waiting on a piece for the seat to come in. The people at Interstate Dodge are [violative content deleted]. I would never suggest for someone to buy from them. BEWARE, they will lie to you to get you out of the parking lot and never do what they say. I agree 100% with the previous reviewer. Skip out on the great deals they try to sell you and move on to a better dealership!!!
