Totally inept operation

I set an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. I took a day of vacation to have the service work done. When I arrived at the dealership, I was informed that the part had not been ordered (without explaination). I called the GM who was rude. He told me " I could call the president of Ford" to complain. Never, ever buy or bring your vehicle to these "people"
