We spoke with Kaven over the internet and lined up a test drive and financing. We went in and was in our new Ram 1500 in less than an hour.

Was told by a salesman to "come on down we can do it" when i asked if they could get me in a 2014 2500 4x4 bighorn ram for $800 a month. Once i drive there and talk to him afyer an hour he comes back with a note of $1200 i said "No thats not what you said on the phone" he said well i will try to get the finance manager to do a little better i'll call you tomorrow. 4 days later no call so i called him back, and said if you can get it under $900 a month id do the deal....he said i'll call you right back. Never heard from him again. So i went to Mid Country dodge in Port Aurthur tx aand bought it and my note is $789 same truck...smae trade in....no money down and it came with a lifetime power train warranty that sterling doesnt even offer. Dont waste your time with these people they lie

If other people had a problem, it appears they didn't go high enough to obtain a resolution. I recommend you speaking with Donnie Venable. I had no problems because I went beyond Evette Rosette. She is a bit trying, maybe you gave up too soon. I'm looking at purchasing another vehicle from Sterling Automotive because they have a good product and I like the service department.

Another [violative content deleted] salesman in Dexter Schexnyder. Promissed factory installed trailer brake controller, after purchasing truck he wanted to install after market controller. Two weeks have passed still no controller and won't return my calls. If I could leave less then one star rating I would. Edmunds requires at least a one star rating. I still think that is too high. Thats really sorry sales practices. Don't buy from this guy or Sterling Automotive Group!!!

Selling Lemons

Very dishonest salemen. Purchased new 2010 car and less than a week later auto was requiring service. Will not honor chrysler's 60 day return policy, Will give you the runaround when you voice concerns about vehicle defects. Dealt with Evette Rosette and Rodney Parlow who are run by Jeff Cook. Don't waste your money. Even if the car is brand new don't think its not a lemon. I purchased a 300 and on the second day it was making a loud humming noise, my calls and emails were ignored even by Ms Rosette who was emailing me and calling me daily before my purchase to get me in there to buy a car, now it's like they could care less that i'm having problems with this car. Also i still don't have my title and it was a cash purchase, they only gave me a notarized bill of sale today after I went in complaining. Beware
