We had an excellent buying experience with Beyla Alvarado and Lexus of New Orleans. I will walk out of a dealership if the pressure is on... Not the case at Lexus of New Orleans. Beyla was helpful, knowledgeable, and great on the follow up. I also appreciated working with Melanie, the finance manager. The car was pristine when we picked it up. Beautiful dealership, smiling faces, no pressure. The way a car buying experience should be!

My husband and I have been Lexus of New Orleans customers for many years and every buying experience has been a wonderful one. Our sales consultant, Beyla Alvarado, made us feel very comfortable throughout the buying process. She was very pleasant and professional and worked diligently to get us in the car we were wanting to purchase. On our second visit, when we were ready to purchase the vehicle, Beyla came in on her off day to assist us. She was very knowledgable and I was amazed at all she knew about the vehicle. She was a pleasure to work with and made us feel like one of her family members. I will be recommending her to my family and friends looking for a Lexus vehicle. She’s the best!

I cannot say enough about how courteous the people were at the dealership, especially Alex Buddington, who was my sales consultant. My car had to be towed to the dealership and from the time it arrived, until I left I was thoroughly informed at all times of what was going on. Thanks Lexus.
