My wife and I just bought two new Volvos and took the trip to Sweden to pick them up. Great experience. Until, that is, it was time to sign the paperwork here in the U.S. After holding our money for nearly three months, Bergeron Volvo stiffed me for $500 on my trade-in. No explanation, no reason. They had the money, both the new car and the old car, so there wasn't much to do except file complaints to Better Business Bureau, Volvo North America, the NADA and the La. Dept. of Motor Vehicles. And warn everyone who intends to do business with Bergeron to get everything in writing. They live down to everyone's expectations of car dealers.
