Purchased new 2011 Juke SV on 9/13/11. Great salesman, Brent Mott. However, LeBlanc Finance Mgr, Jon Hutchinson, said the dealership could not issue me a check for the $2200 difference due me resulting from trade allowance. Used the line - "...check in the mail today from Baton Rouge (central) office!!" Following my 9/20 inquiry he responded, "check's in the mail today." Filed complaint with Nissan 9/23 - received call from General Mgr, only after complaint filed, wanting to know what the problem was and how to resolve it... I'm thinking an overnight pkg with a cashier's check at this point would stop me from filing a complaint with State's AG for fraudulent business practice.
