I walked into Sallsbury Dodge looking to purchase a new vehicle under the new CARS program, and my first trip in was disappointing, aggravating, and left my driving home angry after the dealer jerked me around and treated me as if I was pulling a fast one. My sister, a loyal Dodge owner, contacted the sales manager, and expressed her frustration over my mistreatment in addition to my own complaint. In response, the sales manager Pete was eager to invite me in and work personally to reach a fair deal that would beat a previous offer at another local dealership that was deceitful and disappointing that day. Upon returning, Pete found me a better car than I'd found, at a lower price, with the exact same amenities and a better color. We sat down, and he found EVERY avenue to help maximize my savings on the vehicle. He helped me qualify for the CARS program, he matched the funds on the Dodge program, and he personally verified a family Chrysler loyalty coupon that knocked another 1000 off of my final price. At first, I was burned out on Sallsbury, but the efforts of the staff the next day (including the dealer who mistreated me on evening one), helped me get the car out the door before lunch the next business day, while honoring the CARS total quoted, despite other competitors opting to reject it in light of shrinking funds to me dealer applications. Sallsbury was great, so long as you ask the right person, and even the wrong guy pulled through when it mattered.
