Went in to This dealership to appraise my 2012 Ford F-150. Im currently looking for something new to get behind. The rep guy there Brandon Wilson was really helpful. I've been to a few places prior and I got to say he really knows his stuff. He must be a truck guy. I plan on going back to test drive a few trucks and see if I can get a good deal on something.

My husband and I looked at this 2005 Expedition on Friday 6/3/10 at 12:30pm. The salesman that we were told to see was Shay. While we waited, our 2 trade-ins were evaluated and we were told that yes they would trade the 2 for the expedition if we put the 4x4 driveshaft on the trade and brought it back. We asked 3 or 4 times and were told it was a "done deal" if we had the 4x4 drive shaft on the truck. We said that we’d be back later that afternoon. We left the dealership between 1:30 pm and 2pm, had the drive shaft put on the truck and called Shay's cell number about 5pm to let him know that we would be back the following morning. But he didn't answer or return our call so we called the dealership and left a message for Shay....no return call. The next morning before we drove to Alex, my husband called Shay again and Shay said that the expedition was sold the evening before for $15,000. Tuesday 6/7/11 the expedition was put up on your website so I called and verified that it was indeed on the lot. Needless to say, we are very unhappy with the way we have been treated and DO NOT appreciate being lied to. If there was a problem with the trade agreement, they shouldn't have made it. And they shouldn't have lied to us about the expedition being sold. My husband has tried numerous times to reach Shay, his manager and the person over both of them. No one will return his calls. This kind of customer service is not the way to build trust and earn repeat business. Don’t send me a quote on this vehicle. We'll be taking our business back to Lafayette and advising our friends, relatives and everyone else to avoid Hixson.
