Buying a car from a Lexus Car Dealer
I got my car from there in march...the MSRP was $52xxx, and I got it down to $44xxx. So ur price range is do-able at Johnson Lexus on capital
The wife really likes this model, we would like to get one recently. We went to Johnson Lexus of Raleigh once a while back, the dealer tried to work the price from 43,000 for a FWD(MSRP 44,5xx) w/o Nav, w/ premium package, 19", Heated seats, backup mirror, intuitive parking, towing prep pkg and etc. I have read lots of pages in this forum, it seems many of you guys got very very good deal. For the one I am looking at, It should be in 39,500~40,500 range (no loyalty discount for me). There are only two lexus dealers in my area, it seems very hard to negotiate to that price range. Anyone have recently purchased this car in Raleigh area? Which dealer is better in this area? I am willing to drive several hours if I can get a good deal. Thanks.
Yeah, I don't know if you saw my post, but the dealer said there are only 32 2010 Starfire Pearl IS 350's in the country. My best guess is predicted demand is greater than expected. The dealership I went to, Johnson Lexus in Raleigh, NC, had two others (red and black). Other than that, there were very few. Ordering one is at about 3 months at this time. So, you may have to do some traveling. Well worth it though! -JB
All I am looking to close a deal on a RWD Lexus 350 with Premium and the dealer in Raleigh is offering the following """front wheel drive that are equipped with the premium package, wood package, cargo mat, cargo net and wheel locks. It carries an MSRP of $41006 and I can offer it to you for $38933 + NC tax, NC tag and titling fees, so your grand total with everything would be $40649.99. Any recommendations on how much lower i can drag him.. I have seen quotes of 37000+TTL on similar configurations.. Can you pls tell me which dealers
OK, I think I am one of the first people in the country who purchased this car (The dealer said there were only 32 in the country at this time with my color... interesting) so I'll let you know my experience. First off, let me say the buying experience was excellent at Johnson Lexus in Raleigh, NC. I dealt with a quote I received via email and we ended up going with that.
