Find Lexus Dealers in Andes, New York

Hey to all! I've been doing some research but I wasn't really able to find a direct answer to my question. Forgive me if I'm asking a question that has been answered in here already. I plan to place a special order for a 2011 is350 rwd. I want to lease the vehicle so that when the third generation IS comes out, I can be left with two options, return the lease and possibly get into a third generation IS -OR- keep my second generation IS and buy it out after the lease is over. The only way I would return my second generation IS and get into a third generation IS is if the third generation IS is appealing enough to my liking. Now if the third generation isn't to my liking, then I would just buy out my leased second generation IS when the lease is over. Here's my question to whomever can help... can I discuss a buying price with the sales representative for a special order is350rwd and get the cost as close as possible to invoice or maybe even below invoice... AND THEN say I want to lease the vehicle for a low monthly cost + buyout price = discussed discounted BUYING price? I want to spend as little as possible to be in a leased second generation is350 in case I plan on upgrading onto a third generation IS but if not, I want to be able to buyout the car for the discussed buying price. I have a dealership offering $1,000 above invoice. My special ordered 2011 is350 rwd would consist of: -Navigation / Mark Levinson Premium Audio Package -Luxury Plus Value Edition Lease Specifics: I plan on going with 12k/year ; $???/4yearLEASE ; how much could I lease a 2011 is350rwd for? For 4 years that is, so per month, how much?... what would be considered a good deal within the 5 boros of NY and in Long Island, NY. I previously leased an is250awd for $560/36months with $0 down and 12k/yr, but the buyout cost came out to almost $42,000 or $44,000. That is insane for an is250awd with navigation and premium package value edition IMO. In NY, is it illegal for dealerships to have a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT policy for special orders? I've been told by a few dealerships that for special orders, they have a non-refundable deposit that must be placed, true or false? Any input and feedback would be greatly appreciated! Wow, did I get a deal--I think. Thanks to this blog. Someone mentioned great pricing at Watertown, MA. Someone else talked about getting $5K off MSRP. I was ready to go with $39900 I was offered but decided to call Watertown for the heck of it. The car I was looking at was 44,090. I asked if I could get $5K off. Salesman said, "sure, no problem". Final price including everything (dealer prep, destination, all the other charges they hit you with) other than sales tax and actual DMV fee, $39,060. AND they are delivering it to me in NY free of charge. How's that for sweet??

I just bought my RX 350 AWD with Premium Plus and Nav from Lamb @ Prestige - he's very straightforward, thorough and reliable. Sold at invoice before tax, plus $149 for docs, and $100 for CT registration. I drove over to NJ because Prestige had a good reputation AND their prices were better than CT or NY dealers. Very easy deal, would do it again.

sicom007.. Let me begin with an east coast THANK YOU!! I was sooo turned off by the dealer experience, (and this is from a NEW LEXUS store that opened on 3/1), that I went and drove a BMW X5 today.. Honestly (and we own an 04 325Ci Convertible) and IMHO, there is NO comparison between the two vehicles. The Lexus is just a better riding, comfortable and quiet car, AND when I mentioned that my 01 RX has never, ever, never been back to the dealership (or any repair shop for anything other than maintenance since the day it left the showroom), the reply was "Yeah, they are good that way.." I hope you get this quickly since I hate my e-mail in a public forum but nevertheless.. my e-mail is phula11231@yahoo.com I have no issue with the DVD player, it's just that we dont need one..(no small children) but no issues with adding any of the other options you mentioned.. Is there a difference in CA vehicles emissions? I thought the GX was 50 state legal,meaning that they were the same exact vehicle in CA, NY and the other lower 46..? Any problems or extra caution to worry about..? I would like to hear from anyone who has successfully shipped a vehicle from Cali to the east coast too, please. Thanks Sicom. ! Ed in NJ
