These are the dealers that gave me the best prices in NJ. Please notice that you shuld use the Internet, they give a better price on the internet than in person. Let them know that you expect their best offer. 4.5%/48mths should be your minimum demand if your FICO is above 740 (know that before you go). Get the guarantee in writing for both price and if you have a trade, get the dealer to consider your minimum trade. My vehicle trade value was $11.8K got $12.6K, the best day to go car buying Black Friday (this was shared by the dealer about this little unknown fact). HEre is what most people should know, 5% of MSRP is okay 7% is good and 9+ is a great deal Tri county: Be sure to secure your interest rate before signing anything, Dont sign anything until you have your price, rate and terms. $39.5K with automatic remote start which is $450 alone. Avoid the etching by negotiating the $198 off on the final price. MSRP no nav 43,715 Ray Catena Freehold.39K (no nav) $41.5K with Nav. I got 10% off there the distance was the ultimate deterring factor. MSRP no nav $43,800

Hi, Would you mind telling me what is the monthly payment on that car will be for you? Did you put any money down? I'm planning going to Freehold Lexus (Ray Catena) this Saturday (11/21). Thanks.

That is a great price, but check out my price from Freehold NJ. Nav package for $41.75 K with the engine remote starter. Guys dealers will be more desperate on 11/27 as the month end is nearing. Plus volume at dealers are light (this secret was shared by the dealer) I would wait until at that time. I do agree that the internet will yield the best price. Best of luck I will keep on looking into this forum. Picking mine up on 11/21. Can't wait
2009 December to Remember in November

I got a similar (better) deal from Ray Catena in Freehold, NJ. 2010 RX 350 with Comfort, Premium, Navigation, Wood Trim Steering Wheel/Shift Knob, Tow Package and Wheel Locks, mats, etc. and Factory Remote Starter (they are all starting to come like this) Black on Black p/u end of November (still on the ship now) MSRP: $47,625 <----but mine has a factory remote starter Sales Price: $43,200 Term: 3 years Miles: 12K Residual: 62% Money Factor: .00220 Cap Cost Reduction: $0 Out the door:$1801.50 to cover first payment, bank fee, title/reg, documentation. Monthly Payment: $585/month w/ taxes rolled in. BUT!!!!!!! I bought down the interest rate. Lexus "holds" almost $5000 in cash for three years. After my lease is up I get my $5000 back. Here is the BIG difference. My payment with Lexus "holding" my cash in now $535/mo for 36 months. I know I can't easily make $1800 in the bank with only $5000 to start with. So $535/mo for 36 months $1801.50 in fees and 1st month payment for a $47,625 car!

Thanks for replying. Yes, it was my first offer and that's what I figured - it seemed quite outrageous for a simple base model with NO extras. I am going to visit a few other locations, Edison, Bridgewater, Freehold NJ and see what they will do there for me. We'll see what others can do for me. Thanks again! :)
