Also, the $400 flat bed fee is excessive. Tough negotiations could have them throw it in, but in any event, it should not be any higher than $200. Tell the dealer that you'll just go to the dealer that has that car and buy it from them and see what their response is. I too live in NJ (near Cherry Hill Lexus, see post #492) and got $4511 off an MSRP of $41,711, so you should be able to get more off of a 44K car than what you stated. Re: IS 250 AWD NYC/NJ area [nitronyc]: by kgk3 on Sat Mar 18 14:29:38 PST 2006; I think you can get alot accomplished by calling all the dealerships you're willing to drive to and speaking to the internet salesperson. I've been amazed at the variety of price quotes I've been given on the exact same car ranging from MSRP to $2500 off MSRP. That said, I think Cherry Hill Lexus (NJ) offered me $1500 off an IS350 (which are hard to come by) so I imagine they'll give you a good deal on an IS250. You can than play each dealership off one another and just tell 'em you're willing to drive 2 hours for a better price.

New RX: by highlander7 on Sat Dec 24 13:09:11 PST 2005; My wife took delivery on her RX yesterday afternoon and is very pleased. The sales staff at Cherry Hill Lexus (NJ) were excellent to work with, every question answered, we will highly recommend them. They programmed her Verizon phone into the Bluetooth phonebook and added her one touch dial numbers. This system works very well, equal or better than (expensive) handsfree system installs by Verizon in our previous vehicles. Driving home on I295 we did not hear appreciable road noise that another person had concern with, this is a very quiet SUV. It handles well and has adequate power, it will be a perfect vehicle for her. Will follow-up in a few weeks with an overall opinion of the RX but so far it has been very good. My thanks to newmowner and others for their comments and suggestions. And much appreciation to Edmunds for providing this forum, no doubt the best auto site on the net!! I thought 6% sales tax in New Jersey was high, you are paying about 8.4%. $41,200 is a great price. This price plus sales tax and fees will have me out the door for $43851. I live in southern New Jersey between Cherry Hill, NJ and Wilmington, Delaware and have the choice of four dealerships between 20 and 50 miles from my home. I have helped several relatives purchase Lexi in New Jersey and Ray Catena always wins, by a rather large margin. I have compared their prices each time to Lawrence Lexus, Cherry Hill Lexus, Difeo Lexus.
