Re: 2008 Lexus IS250 in Southern California [mira8elle]: by gnarlydude on Thu Jul 10 19:58:59 PDT 2008; I'm in LA county, but I'm right down the street from Longo, I'm sure I can get it for 32k out the door but it would take some smart negotiating, I went through edmunds and dealt with all the LA county Dealerships there are, they all say they will beat $32,829 but they want me to go in and buy it that day pretty much. I'm going to see whats up tomorrow I want some hard numbers before I walk in there. Maybe I'll settle for 32,500 OTD. Then I've got to battle it out with the f&I person.

MSRP for mine is $42594, but Lexus increase the price and MSRP is $42825 for same option now. I got it from one of the dealers around LA.

There are about 6-10 dealerships in the LA area, so competition is pretty fierce. I will tell you though, that all of them told me that these deals were only good through 6/30/08, so not sure if you can jump on a plane this weekend. I was thinking they may not as be as pressed for quotas in July, what with the 4th of July weekend sales and all, so June seemed like the best month to me. who knows though, good deals are always out there. good luck!!

Best price for lease in California: by 49ercarguy on Thu Jun 26 19:14:02 PDT 2008; I am in California and looking to lease an LS 460 I have always leased and bought with Fresno Lexus in the past. I am right in the middle so going to San Francisco or LA areas would not be a problem for me. I have quote from Interstate Auto Leasing for 1190 w/taxes a month with zero down. It is a 36 month lease with 15K miles a year and comes with the Mark Lev sound system upgrade. I want zero down because I am self employed and can get a tax write off the monthly payments but not the down payment. What have your heard about the best deals in California?
