Thanks a ton for the feedback, i am going to go back and try to get atleast $5K off MSRP but not sure how, they not willing to come down, seems like no dealer in IL area (Chicago suburbs)....any approach you can recommend to me..really dont knw how to approach----- when i call them or send internet inquiry they say they will not send any price quote over the internet or will not disclose over the phone and need to come in personally. I do not know what my payment would be without rolling in the tax (approx. $1,500), as paying the tax (or any substantial amount)up front on a lease is not an option that appeals to me. I look at it no differently than making a down payment on a lease. If the car is stolen or totaled the day after you take delivery, to use an extreme example, I believe that you'll be out the $2570 and starting over.

2010 ES350 Numbers: by lexlease1 on Thu Oct 15 14:04:07 PDT 2009; I'm looking for money factor and residuals in IL on 36 month 12k. I recieved a quote today for 2010 ES350 with Ultra/Levinson MSRP $44,414. Cap - $42,654 MF .00245 and residual of $26,648. No money down, monthly payments of $735. I have never leased a car before, but something doesn't smell right with this deal. I have done some research and the residual seems high. What does anyone think? Thanks.

I just did it for $3500 down plus a $2000 refundable security deposit (total $5500 due at signing) for $242/mo for 30 months with 12k/year and that's after all taxes, title, licence etc.
