ES350 Purchase by knewtonusas on Mon May 31 22:20:50 PDT 2010

Many thanks to all the posters on this forum for sharing their purchase experiences and what kinds of discounts they've gotten. Today, I bought a 2010 ES350 equipped with full size spare, heated/vented seats, rear sunshade, parking assist, wood/leather steering wheel & knob, spoiler, door guards and env. prot. pkg. MSRP of $39,048 - I paid $34,890. That's 10.65% off MSRP. And I got the 1.9% financing, too. I'm in the Tampa Bay area in FL. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Help! by flacruiser111 on Sat Mar 27 16:31:55 PDT 2010

Need the forums help. I am in RX leasing hell. I am in the Tampa FL area and cannot come close to what you guys are getting. From recent posts I figure my total payments with tax (up front and monthly) should come to under 20k. The car I am looking at is 47k with navi and basically every option other than upgraded audio and rear seat entertainment. I am getting quotes of $600 with $1,000+ down. It seems the payment should be around 520-530 with tax. What are my options. I have called both local dealers. Can I go out of the area? Any recommendations? Will they deliver it to me? Thank you for your hep. I was hoping to get the car this weekend but now I am getting frustrated. Lastly, what is the deal with the postcards for free maintenance on 36 month lease I have read about on the boards. Do these exist? The dealers are playing dumb? How much will this save me... what does a Lexus oil change cost? What other service am I required to perform? Thank you so much in advance for your help. Kind regards

I am also approx. 35 miles away from the dealer.About a month ago when my car went in for the recall work, the driver who bought me the loaner and drove my car to the dealer told me he has gone as far as Miami to pick up and drop off. Lexus of Clearwater is very customer service oriented. Lexus of Tampa Bay, which is owned by the same corporation, sells more cars but does not offer the service. But they do charge the $599 fee..

Re: My 2010 RX 350 Dec to Remember deal [joerayo] by maximafan on Sun Nov 15 10:08:46 PST 2009

Yep, same here in Tampa, Fl., so I don't need all-wheel drive. I initially thought Acura offered a good selection with their options also. I was looking into the 2010 TL with Tech and 18 inch wheels, and the MSRP was coming in at around slightly over $40,000. But then I found out that it doesn't have the power tilt and telscoping steering wheel ( I really like this on my RX!) nor the rain-sensing wipers ( again, another favorite on my current car.) I also was looking at the Mercedes-Benz GLK350 today. Actually, the GLK has a good package selection. I saw a "Mars Red" GLK350 on the lot. It had the Package 1(premium) package on it, panoramic sunroof, the 20 inch wheels, and it was priced between $40,000 and $41,0000. I generally have never gone for the boxy-looking SUV, but I think I'm liking the styling of the GLK the more I see it.

Re: RX 350 Navi, Prem, Comfort Park Assist is CALIF [alliecat1] by maximafan on Wed Oct 28 23:54:58 PDT 2009

LOL! I went to the auto show in Tampa, FL last Saturday and got to sit in an RX450h. They had two on display. I don't know why they didn't put a 350 and a 450, but I have to say that the seats felt very plush, soft, like butter! The seats in my '07 RX don't feel that nice! :P
