I waited until the end of the month to start negotiating and then I walked away a few times...on the January 31st the dealership called me and told me "Good news, we were able to find some money for you and we can offer the car at 489/month." I replied, "Oh, okay. If you can give it to me for $485 you have a deal and I will come in right now with the check and sign the papers." The sales manager said come on in. Looking back...I should have asked for the lower number but I feel I did a job negotiating the price to $485.

The only ones I found with out an attitude are the guys in Land Rover West Chester PA. I leased an 07 LR3 HSE and am very happy so far. I wonder where that monthly could have gone down to with only 10.5k miles PA? I may have left it too late (lack of 07 stock in or near CA) but I was also looking for an even more aggressive deal. I guess I am going to be signing for something other than an LR3.

The most you can hope for is a $500 loyalty discount if you don't have some type of a Ford Discount plan

Lease a loaded LR3 HSE: by chrislr3 on Thu Mar 08 14:10:09 PST 2007; Hello Car Man I am looking at a 2006 Lr3 HSE loaded with everything including Heavy duty package. MSRP is 56,875. They will discount it to 50,725 including the 3650 lease cash. The term is 24 months, 19500 miles per year. Residual is at 56%. zero down. the payment is 898.77 including our 9% PA tax. Is this a decent deal? Thanks in advance.
