Hi Everyone, I recently found this forum and enjoy the info. My wife and I just purchased a new LR2 SE in the Clearwater, FL area. It's silver with beige interior. Base model with only options being the mats. We did not feel HSE options were worth difference and cold package not needed in FL. List was 34,700 and we bought for 30,000 (not including tax and title). No additional fees. The dealer was easy to work with and so far we have been happy with the car and service. Averaging 21 - 22 MPG combined. Hope this helps in figuring out prices. BTW agree that most extras best bought online as dealer prices are at a premium.

Hi everyone, I am considering to buy and '05 or '06 RR HSE. I have access to auction pricing (+1k to my dealer buddy for the favor). Buying the '06 will put me around $900 X month for 72 months (no money down). So, I have started considering leasing an '07 instead. I don't keep cars more than three years so I'm shopping payment. Can anyone please provide me with what I can expect on an '07 lease. I am looking at a "base" (how funny does that sound! ;) ) HSE. MSRP $77250. I am open to 24/36 months and 12k/15k miles x year. Thanks again for your help! Jose

Ceperry: I just recently leased an SE with the ligthning pack, bluetooth & sat radio in FL and their final price was 43200k after applying a $1500 coupon I got from factory. The residual was 71% for 10500, 70% at 12000 miles and at 15k it drops to 68% . I did not put any $$ other than first payment, tax and tag. I needed the 15 k miles si I had to take the lower residual. I suggest that if you can deal with the 10500k per year to go with that, you will get a lower MF and higher residual. I am not sure if they still have the 1500k coupon, but you can try going online to Landrover.com , log on a few times until you get a survey pop up, after you answer their survey you should get a coupon via email or mail. Read some of the other posting, go back a month, I did and I got a lot of useful information. By the way I LOVE MY LR3!! hope this helps.
Re: Need Help Negotiating a Lease Also/ Loaner car [british_rover]

That is kind of what I thought, they want too much for a service loaner with 5k miles on it. I am going to push for the $6500 off and the great lease deal and see what they say. If not I am going to shop them with other dealers in the state. Thanks for the insight.

The loaner is a V8 SE model with 3rd row seating, bi-xenon lighting pkg and bluetooth, the msrp is 49450 and they will sell it for 44450. The lease rate is .00127MF at 15k miles per year and a 68% residual. I really thought from what I have read here on the forums that I could get a new one for 5k off with the really good 24 month lease but they are saying no this cant be combined. I can get 5k off a purchase but then I dont get the lease incentives?
