Toyota of Murray

Based on my personal experience buying a new Toyota Rav4 at Toyota of Murray, I would unreservedly recommend this dealership to anyone: family, friends, neighbors, etc. Sales consultant Brock Crouch was helpful throughout the entire process, and never pressured me. I found Brock to be the antithesis of the "car salesman" stereotype and it was truly a pleasure doing business with him. I also had excellent experiences interacting with staff in the Toyota of Murray business management, parts, and service departments. I had several questions in the days after my purchase, and Brock and all the other staff members with whom I interacted were genuinely helpful. I'm a baby boomer who lived in NY and CA as well as WI before relocating to KY. This was hands down the best vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had.
