Nate H provided excellent customer service to my wife and I. I just recently purchased a new pre-owned Patriot Jeep and was given excellent customer service. Nate allowed my wife and daughter to check out other vehicles on the lot before Nate & I went out to inspect the vehicles I talked with him about previously. Nate did not pressure us in any way to choose a vehicle right then and there. He waited until I was really ready to choose the one I really wanted. My daughter picked out one she thought I would like and so did my wife. After looking at both, I picked the Patriot Jeep. Nate allowed me to drive it and I fell in love with it. I had my previous Dodge Caravan for 13 years and it was time to let it GO! Needless to say, my wife and daughter also agreed to the one I picked as well since it was the very one my daughter chose before I went out onto the lot with Nate to look around at them. Nate was very professional and very friendly. He understood what I was looking for and kept me in my price range as well.
