From my personal experience with the Customer Relations Manager and Internet Salesman they are to be avoided. However if your buying a new vehicle you should have a pleasant encounter. I tired dealing with these two individuals for approximately one month, and let me say the Customer Relations Manager can't remember one conversation to the next! In my opinon this man is here to pad his pockets with little concern for the business model that the owner Tom Gill spent years to build.
