As a first time car buyer, I had an abysmal experience at Laird Noller Lawrence. It felt as though they attempted to take advantage of my naivety and push me into purchasing a car on terms with which I wasnt comfortable. Perplexingly, I was not approved for their 0% financing incentive, even though my credit score is in the top tier. When I inquired about this oddity, I was told that only dinos had the credit necessary to receive the best financing rates. Then, when I balked at the overall price and monthly payments, the financing department brought in my salesman to reassure me that signing papers only reserved the vehicle I was interested in, and in no way meant I had purchased it. Ultimately, though, I had a sinking feeling when the business manager repeatedly tried talking me into driving the car home from the dealership that same day. Little did I know at the time that by Kansas law if I had driven the vehicle off the lot, I would have legally purchased it. Thankfully, I trusted my instincts and walked away. I proceeded to visit several other dealerships, including Laird Noller Hutchinson, where I received attentive and honest service and was approved each time for their 0% apr financing. After my mistreatment, I will not return to Laird Noller Lawrence for any future vehicle purchases and would not recommend them to my family or friends.
