Pros:: Great service advisors and waiting area
Cons:: Not sure of the skill level of the mechanics who analyze a problem

I have taken my CTS to this dealership for 5 years. I was always appreciative that they were not pushy on the suggested maintenance plan, yet were good to alert me to something that needed attention. I always thought the service advisors were top notch. Their customer waiting area is the best....
