I can only review the used car department...much less than I had expected

Pros:
positive experience in past, have honored factory warranty, friendly people
Cons:
dishonest about vehicle (damage, year made, and it's worth)

great car buying experience

Pros:
the selection of cars and very friendly and helpful sales staff
Cons:
the 200 mile drive to the dealer---but it was worth it

  I just leased my 2008 EX from Major Infiniti and couldn't have been more pleased with the process.  I was unhappy with my experience attempting to lease the same vehicle through Infiniti of Omaha so I got on the phone.  In retrospect it was well worth the 200 mile drive to Kansas City from Omah...
