4 visits to find simple problem with wheel sensor. back in today and some very bad information on warranty coverage on rental veh. Car will be in shop for ??? no one seems to know but they said they do know whats wrong. i had to call the Cadillac warranty dept. to get correct information on rental cost provided on. you would think associates would be educated on this,. answer given was since you did not purchase here, unless "you know a salesman" we cannot provide you with loaner or rental.
