Too Many Miles?: by bcktoffish on Sat Apr 29 07:15:37 PDT 2006; My wife and I are looking a purchasing a loaded 1997 Trooper (Leather, Towing Package etc.) from a local individual. The body and interior are in great shape the only problem is that it has 170,000 miles. He's asking $4500 for it (That''s well bellow KBB). Do these go "forever"? To have that many miles I'd expect it to be A LOT of highway miles. What do you guys think? Thanks!

0.0% Financing: by jbkennedy on Wed May 02 12:41:00 PDT 2001; Does anyone know if the 0.0% financing offer has been extended past April 30th? I have a friend interested in buying a Rodeo. I bought one last month and have enjoyed it very much. 1100 miles so far and no problems.

invoice prices: by awatso on Mon Mar 26 12:06:10 PST 2001; jbkennedy - from digging aropund a bit it looks like Edmunds subtracts out the dealer holdbacks to get their invoice price...Carpoint does not. Not absolutely sure, but that is what it seems like. Where in TX are you? I'm in Houston.

Fair Offer: by jbkennedy on Mon Mar 26 11:00:45 PST 2001; Last Friday, I went to a local Isuzu dealer and I found a Rodeo LS 2wd auto, with Appearance Pkg, and Cargo mat with a MSRP of $25,170. It has everything that I want and the dealer was very nice and let me take it home for the weekend! I now want to go back this evening and make a deal. I want to offer invoice + 2% and get 60 months financing at 0.0%. My problem is determinig what is the real invoice price for this car. Edmunds say its $22,462, Kelly Blue book say its $23,447 and Carpoint calculates it to be $23,225. I want to make a fair offer to the dealer but I don't want to be taken. From earlier posts on this board, it seems that Edmunds is definitely low on their invoice pricing for Isuzu.
