I must say that I have purchased a few cars over the years and by far this dealership goes out of their way to HELP .. yes.. i hope you are sitting down.. they HELP their customers when they come in. I purchased a 2008 Scion tC from here and was shocked at the level of service I got. They helped me every step of the way from finding the right options for me. Choosing the color down to the accessories. They didn't have the one i wanted in stock but within 24hours they had located it at another dealer and had it in hand the next day! When it arrived there had been some scratches noticed on the rear hatch of the car by my sales person and she immediately sent it over to their body shop and had the rear hatch completely repainted and the car looked at from top to bottom for anything else that might have been an issue, she immediately called me and informed me of what she had found and apologized for the wait (1 day) while they fixed the issue, which i was more then fine with. Once it was out of the shop and i went to pick it up, they had it in the show room area with lights on so i could inspect the car from every angle without having to strain for light even in the hardest to see areas. They then went over everything that came with the car and took the time to show me all the options and gadgets on the car so i knew how to work them as well as answered EVERY question that I had. *fast forward 4 months* I got a call out of the blue a few days ago from the service manager just wanting to remind me of day light savings time coming up and if I should need any assistance with adjusting my car clock to give them a call or stop in and they would be more then willing to show me how to adjust it and get me on the way. That was a STELLAR call. NEVER have I had a dealer call me up for something as small as daylight savings and wanting to help me out any way they could!
