said they'd set me up for email reminders, but didn't do it. When I get the oil changed, they don't wash my car as promised. They gave me a defective key to the locks and when I took it back to get a new one - THEY CHARGED ME! The ONLY reason I continue go to Edwards is for the FREE oil changes.
