Service at Junge since I bought my new X60 in 2009 has been poor at best. Right out of the gate the car was delivered without an owners manual. After three calls to dealer, still no resolution. Was finally able to call Volvo directly and have a manual sent. Every service issue has involved poor return phone calls. Had a OEM tire go bad after only 20,000 miles, and dealer was unwilling to provide any resolution. Last call for service was never returned. I've turned to my local shop for service at this point, and will not consider doing business with Junge in the future.
